Kevin A. Mudd
Kevin Mudd has worked within the financial services industry internationally since 1982 and has over 30 years' experience in fund management, portfolio management, managing clients' assets, product design, marketing and distribution.
Kevin is a graduate in Economics from the University of Wales and holds various certifications from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) and The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (C/5/).
Kevin currently holds the position of Treasurer and Executive Director of The European Federation of Financial Advisors and Financial Intermediaries (FECIF), an active member of the Cyprus Investment Funds Association (CIFA) and a former Chairman and current member of the Board of Cyprus International Financial Services Association (CIFSA), which actively lobby to improve Financial Services legislation.
Mark Martindale holds a BSc Honours Mathematics degree from the University of Hertfordshire and Actuarial Mathematics and Financial Mathematics certificates from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.
Mark has 25 years' experience in the financial services industry - both in the UK and internationally - including insurance, commercial banking, retail banking and investment funds. He has worked within the NatWest, Providian Financial and Provident Financial groups of companies, with diversified responsibilities in roles such as business analyst, actuary, management consultant, strategic and financial planner, marketing manager and portfolio manager.
Paul was educated in Australia achieving an MBA in Banking and Finance from the University of New England, Australia, and a Certificate in Financial Markets from the Securities Institute of Australia.
Paul has been a director of KMG capital Markets Luxembourg S.A. since 2008. He has extensive operational experience in Fund Management and Portfolio Management; and a strong knowledge of all types of asset classes and financial instruments, including alternative investment products, i.e. Real Estate, Private Equity, Hedge Funds and structured products.
Paul held business development roles for finance and lending of various Australian banks (Metway Bank Ltd, Aussie Home Loans, Suncorp Metway Ltd). Paul headed teams responsible for sourcing and evaluating loan business as well as cross-selling of other products. He has strong knowledge of property valuations, bank credit and lending processes relating to properties which has proved valuable for funds involved in real-estate.
Paul moved to Cyprus in 2001 and after completing his military service, joined Alpa Consultants as Operations Manager where he was responsible for the day to day running of back office funtions which included liaison with fund managers and financial advisors regarding client portfolios, issuance of client portfolio valuations and graphs, updating of daily fund and share prices and correspondence with financial advisors and clients.
He then moves to FBME Bank Ltd as Senior Client Relations Officer and became Head of Banking Operations - Assistant Vice President in 2004.
Piet Eenkhoorn is a globally operating entrepreneur involved in purpose-driven businesses.
The IT veteran—formerly of Data General and Digital Equipment—migrated to financial services when he saw the tremendous opportunity in financial management solutions. Initially, he helped Intuit Inc. develop a European presence—co-launching Intuit Service Europe (ISE), with seven offices across Europe. Piet then joined Investnet, where he helped develop a successful flagship solution that unlocked direct access trading in Europe. Within ISE and Investnet, Piet oversaw European operations, raised funds, managed investor relationships, and (for Investnet) helped preparing an IPO.
Piet has also helped to raise funds to establish a payment processing company for Inclusion Group in Egypt. Piet left Inclusion group to fulfill a longstanding wish to study philosophy. After his second master’s degree (his first was in law), Piet joined Fractal S.A. in Geneva. Within Fractal Piet is responsible for establishing and managing fractalternative (Luxemburg) SARL.
Piet carries a Dutch passport, is fluent in several European languages, and operates out of Switzerland and The Netherlands. He works closely with the management team of Fractal S.A. of which he is a member.
Rich B. Cliffford
Richard B. Clifford is the founder and Managing Director of fractal SA, a group of companies which
encompass the brands of fractalerts, fractalgo and fractalternative. At Georgia Tech Richard became
passionate about the idea of applying math and physics to the financial markets. As a result Richard
and his team developed a comprehensive set of models incorporating fractal geometric formations,
chaos theory, complexity, and wave and group velocity functions. Once translated into software these
programs predicted moves from market data. This proprietary software is at the core of everything we
In 2001, Richard obtained his series 3 license and this is when he began to manage money with a
complete disregard for market buzz, Wall Street punditry, economic forecasts, and the like. At the
same time he continued to improve his mastery and refine his methods.
Since 2007, Richard has been managing money for ultra-high net worth clients. In 2010, he helped
create fractalerts, a financial subscription service founded by a group of traders with a passion for
math, money and markets. In 2015, this same group launched fractalgo, a second Fractal brand
based on similar principles, but with an automated model for trading. The launch of the fractalternative
fund in Luxemburg was just a natural last step in the process, offering clients a full-service fund
solution. Since 2011 Richard is entirely focussing on developing Fractal and its businesses.

During the last 17 years Rob has worked as a senior investment specialist at a Dutch bank, was responsible for sales and acquisition of high net worth individuals and has worked as a regional sales manager for a large US asset manager in the Netherlands.
Rob has demonstrated to be a competent professional and sparring partner to high net worth individuals, corporate clients and public institutions. He has got a broad experience in helping investors to manage their assets and their portfolio.
Rob joined fractalternative (Luxemburg) SARL and is co-responsible for growing the fund and its customer base. Rob is a Dutch citizen, is fluent in several European languages and operates out of Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxemburg.
